They damaged the image of the cake table since they left behind a balloon arch from another piñata where the balloons were already deflated and appear in all the photos of the cake. I was invited to the piñata and it is truly very sad that this type of thing happens on the day of your event. We found out that this room has already been reported several times by different clients who have held their event there and I cannot believe that PROFECO does nothing about it and mothers continue renting this place for their children's piñatas.
